By browsing pm-footwear.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may amend these terms; the date above marks the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Your account
You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Orders & payment
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we send the order-confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order at our discretion — for example if the price was clearly mispriced, the product is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, and cash on delivery anywhere in Egypt.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are shown in EGP and include any applicable VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate; if a clear error is detected after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before dispatch.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery times, fees, and serviced areas are described on our shipping page. We rely on Bosta for last-mile delivery; while we monitor delivery actively, some delays are outside our direct control.
Returns & exchanges
You may return or exchange unworn pairs in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our returns page.
Intellectual property
All site content — including the PM Footwear name, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is the property of PM Footwear or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PM Footwear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products beyond the price you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Egyptian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Cairo.
