Three steps from us to your door.
1. Order placed
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is in. Your order number is in that email.
2. Picked up by Bosta
Once we hand the parcel over, you'll get an SMS and email with a tracking link.
3. Delivered
Bosta calls you before arriving. Cairo: 1–2 business days. Other governorates: 2–4 business days.

Quick answers.
It's in the confirmation email we sent right after checkout, in the subject line and the body. If you can't find that email, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp.
Orders usually ship within 24 hours of confirmation. If yours has been confirmed for over 48 hours without movement, message us — we'll check it personally.
Bosta automatically retries the next business day, up to 3 times. You can also call them on 16670 to reschedule a specific window.
If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, message us — we'll update it. Once it's with Bosta, address changes go through their customer service.
