Yes. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and save addresses for next time — entirely optional.
You'll receive an email immediately after placing your order, and an SMS the moment it ships.
You have 2 hours after placing an order to change or cancel it. After that, the order has likely been packed and dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Greater Cairo: 1–2 business days. All other governorates: 2–4 business days. We ship via Bosta Express.
Flat EGP 60 inside Cairo and Giza, EGP 80 elsewhere. Free shipping on orders over EGP 3,000.

Returns & Exchanges
14 days from delivery, for any reason. Shoes must be unworn, in original box, with all tags. We pick up returns free of charge.

Once we receive and inspect your return: 3–5 business days for card refunds, instant for store credit.
Yes, and the exchange is free. We collect the original pair and deliver the new size in one trip.
Sizing & Fit
Our leather loafers run true to size. Our casual sneakers fit slightly relaxed — if between sizes, take the smaller of the two.
Free exchange within 14 days. We pick up the wrong size and drop off the right one — usually within 48 hours.
We currently stock EU sizes 39–46 in full sizes. Half-size requests can be placed by WhatsApp — handmade-to-order with 7–10 day lead time.

Care & Materials
100% genuine Egyptian cow leather upper. Leather lining. Cushioned EVA insole. Durable rubber sole. No synthetic leather, ever.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wear. Apply leather conditioner monthly. Avoid direct sun and heat sources. Let them air dry — never use a hairdryer.
Yes, beautifully. Real leather develops a soft patina over time and molds to your foot shape. That's the leather doing its job.
Soles, stitching, and small touch-ups — yes. Bring or ship the pair to our workshop. Most repairs are EGP 150–400 and take 5–7 days.
