The process

Message us on WhatsApp at +20 103 544 4459 or email info@pm-footwear.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — return, refund, or exchange for another size or style.
We arrange pickup
Within 48 hours, Bosta knocks on your door to collect the pair. Put it back in its original box with tags intact. Free of charge.
We inspect & process
Once the pair reaches our workshop, our team checks it's unworn and in its original state. Refunds initiate same day; exchanges are dispatched the next morning.
Refund or new pair arrives
Refunds hit your card in 3–5 business days. Exchanges arrive at your door within 2–4 days. Either way — we keep you updated by SMS at every step.
What we accept
Eligible for return
- ✓ Unworn pairs in original box
- ✓ All tags attached
- ✓ Returned within 14 days of delivery
- ✓ Wrong size, wrong color, change of mind — all fine
Exceptions
Not eligible
- ✗ Pairs that have been worn outdoors
- ✗ Items with missing original packaging
- ✗ Custom-made or half-size special orders
- ✗ Damaged through misuse (not manufacturing)
